Welcome to the 7 Day Trial of Teeny Tiny Desk Workouts

We’re so excited that you’ve decided to try out Teeny Tiny Desk Workouts. We hope you are ready for a great workout!  

The typical weekly video drop schedule is Mondays, Tuesdays, Wednesdays, and Fridays. But for the trial a new video will drop the day you sign up, day 2 and 3, and then on day 5. Day 4 is your catch up day! If you missed a workout, you can take this day to get caught up or redo your favorite workout so far. This release system mirrors the regular schedule, but if you sign up in the middle of the week you can get access right away to our content!

In addition to day 5’s video, there will be “weekend advice” on how to keep moving!
