Connect with our local wellness community on Sept. 26th between 12:00 and 3:00 pm!

 

There will be a variety of local health and wellness providers (with some new faces in attendance!) from multiple disciplines, addressing body, mind, and spirit. Meet the practitioners face-to-face and have your questions answered. Sign up in advance or simply drop by for free consultations and demonstrations. Tour Park Avenue Fitness studios and meet our personal trainers and class instructors.

Senior Self Defense Demo!

Join Clara from Minorsan for one of two 45-minute sessions during the Health Fair, at 12:30 pm and 1:45 pm.

Held in our spacious Studio D, she’ll be teaching a few basics on Senior Self Defense!

Clara Minor’s fitness and self-defense studio, Minorsan, has been in business for over 40 years in Santa Cruz. In a male-dominated industry, she proudly brings empowerment (inner and physical power) to women and teens in the community.

Instead of sticking to the traditional ‘Master who demands respect’ approach, she believes in offering respect to anyone who walks through her doors. Clara understands that everyone learns in different ways. She studies people's energy and learning styles to assist her in teaching them better.
