Kickoff to Paddle Season!
Prevent injury and improve performance before jumping in the water this year!
Learn stretches and exercises to help prevent injuries and keep your paddle season fun, enjoyable, and healthy! This workshop will be led by our strength class instructor, Leisl Ludington, who paddles with the Outrigger Santa Cruz race team, and will focus on the three key components of rowing: stretching, balance, and strength.
